The PowerPro 601 protects your investment in your "Desktop Mac". The PowerPro provides a built-in secondary cache that allows your current machine to run at full Power Macintosh speed. Unlike a new Power Mac, the PowerPro 601 works with your existing memory, so there are no hidden costs. The PowerPro 601 simply plugs into the Quadra or Centris PDS expansion slot. You are up and running in minutes.
The PowerPro 601 offers you the best of both worlds by using PowerPC technology licensed from Apple, and by giving you the ability to switch to the motherboard 68040 for an extra level of compatibility not found with PowerPC based computers.
